(Senior) Controller

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (preferably Finance, Business Administration or Economics)
• Several years of experience in a Controlling Line Function or Consulting role, preferably heavily involved in discussions with Top Management
• Strong understanding of controlling/financial steering best practices
• General understanding of internal & external accounting
• Ability to quickly build credibility and professionally interact with Top Management
• Ability to work within an agile, self-organized (project) environment
• Good understanding of finance analytics and data-visualization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in a multi-cultural and multi-location environment
• Very good command of English required. German/other languages are a plus
