Become part of our team and shape a future in which clear vision and professional success go hand in hand - united at an award-winning Great Place to Work®.   Your Role Analyze (regional/segment-specific) business requirements towards the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners Drive adaptation of end-to-end business processes (incl. process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization & standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work , e.g., data cleansing Develop process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processes Define and implement the Cut-Over strategy with a focus on data migration and roles setup and ensure a smooth transition Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region ( mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub-lead, also across SBUs/segments) Under coordination of the training lead , help with the creation of training material and, if required , end user training   Our mission is to enable business success and make ZEISS Vision fit for the future by establishing harmonized and standardized best practice processes across ZEISS. You are an incremental part of a global project enabling business success and making ZEISS fit for the future by establishing harmonized and standardized best practice processes.       Your Profile Extensive years of relevant professional experience driving business processes within Green/Brownfield transformation programs In-depth understanding of at least one end-to-end business process (Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Engineer-to-Order / Idea-to-Market, Service-to-Customer, Plan-to¬Produce, Inbound-to-Outbound, Record-to-Report and specialty areas like Quality Management or Master Data Management) Background in the management of business requirements along with business process modeling Established history of overseeing complex projects in major international firms and with various stakeholders. Experience in SAP R/3 (and preferably SAP S/4HANA) in addition to relevant third-party business systems. Relevant industry knowledge Excellent conceptual , results-oriented and communication skills Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written; familiarity with German or other languages is a bonus.   Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Jana Benn, Ronan McHugh
