Senior Business Expert SAP S/4HANA Plan to Produce & Quality Management EMEA Hub (f/m/x)

Your Role

• Analyze (regional/segment-specific) business requirements towards the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners

• Drive adaptation of end-to-end business processes (incl. process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization & standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, e.g., data cleansing

• Develop process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processes

• Define and implement the Cut-Over strategy with a focus on data migration and roles setup and ensure a smooth transition

• Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system

• Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub-lead, also across SBUs/segments)

• Under coordination of the training lead, help with the creation of training material and, if required, end user training

Your Profile

• Extensive years of relevant professional experience driving business processes within Green/Brownfield transformation programs

• In-depth understanding of at least one end-to-end business process (Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Engineer-to-Order / Idea-to-Market, Service-to-Customer, Plan-to¬Produce, Inbound-to-Outbound, Record-to-Report and specialty areas like Quality Management or Master Data Management)

• Background in the management of business requirements along with business process modeling

• Established history of overseeing complex projects in major international firms and with various stakeholders.

• Experience in SAP R/3 (and preferably SAP S/4HANA) in addition to relevant third-party business systems.

• Relevant industry knowledge

• Excellent conceptual, results-oriented and communication skills

• Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written; familiarity with German or other languages is a bonus.
