WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Join our dynamic Communication & Branding Services unit at BASF, where your expertise will help shape the future of our corporate brand by consulting internal and external stakeholders. We are passionate about delivering impactful brand strategies that resonate the umbrella brand strategy.

• In this position, you lead strategic projects in Corporate Communications to implement global branding standards and measures shaping the BASF brand strategy. 

• You consult operating units to ensure on-brand execution of the Policy and the Corporate Requirements across all touchpoints.

• Additionally, you advise business units on product launches and brand positioning through interactive workshops.

• You oversee quality management and brand evaluation processes, steering and monitoring activities against defined KPIs.

• Furthermore, you provide process guidance and orientation within the Branding Service Team to ensure high quality and consistency.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• degree in communication, economics, or a related field, with a focus on marketing or branding
• extensive experience in brand strategy, brand management, and project management
• proficient in managing international projects with diverse stakeholders
• strong presentation skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams
• fluency in both German and English
• a proactive, innovative mindset with a strong service orientation

WHAT WE OFFER

• 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options
• Gross annual salary (full-time): 58.000 – 62.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
• Work mobile from other EU countries for up to six weeks 
• Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany
