- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospectives) across multiple teams and projects.
- Support the System Engineer in defining requirements and collaborate with the Tech Lead and Team Lead to align technical implementation with business priorities.
- Identify and resolve any impediments that hinder the team's progress.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adaptation of Agile processes.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time while maintaining alignment with broader product goals.
- Guide the teams in developing an Agile mindset, fostering transparency, self-organization, and accountability.
- Contribute to the evolution and development of team processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
How you will contribute
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of Scrum principles and other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean)
- Leadership and mentoring skills, especially in guiding cross-functional teams
- Experience with Agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence
- Excellent communication skills and experience in managing multiple stakeholders
- Certifications in Scrum or Agile (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe, DASM) are a plus
- Experience in software development environments is preferred
