- Conduct discovery workshops based on a master process list to identify gaps and requirements and build a roll-out template
- Configure SAP, design process flows, use SAP best practices, and provide customized solutions for business needs
- Facilitate Fit-to-Standard and other workshops to ensure optimal process alignment
- Execute SAP system customization and configuration to meet business requirements
- Coach and mentor colleagues in S/4HANA and S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement emerging trends and innovative technologies
- Lead and support activities across the project lifecycle, including:
- Testing
- Training
- Cutover planning and execution
- Go-live support and Hypercare
- Proven experience in multiple end-to-end projects within a similar role or domain
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Great attention to details and organizational abilities
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle deadlines and changing priorities
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively deliver workshops and training sessions to customers

- Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
- Working hours: full-time ( 40h); 27 vacation days
