An SAP Customer Experience (CX) Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer interactions by implementing and managing SAP's CX solutions. This position focuses on optimizing customer engagement strategies to foster satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and Management: Deploy and oversee SAP CX solutions to ensure seamless
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand business requirements and align CX strategies accordingly.
  • Process Optimization: Enhance customer experience processes and workflows for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through customer experience insights, helping to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
  • Technical Support and Training: Provide technical assistance and training to users, ensuring effective utilization of SAP CX tools.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements as needed.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on SAP CX best practices and new features to maintain a competitive edge.
QualificationsQualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Masters degree preferred

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience with SAP CX solutions, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer experience strategies and processes.
  • Proven track record in implementing and managing SAP Customer Experience modules.
  • Previous experience working in a consulting firm, with a proven track record in client management and solution delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.

Percentage of required travel: up to 100%

Physical requirements:

  • This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.
