An SAP Customer Experience (CX) Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer interactions by implementing and managing SAP's CX solutions. This position focuses on optimizing customer engagement strategies to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Management: Deploy and oversee SAP CX solutions to ensure seamless
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand business requirements and align CX strategies accordingly.
- Process Optimization: Enhance customer experience processes and workflows for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through customer experience insights, helping to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
- Technical Support and Training: Provide technical assistance and training to users, ensuring effective utilization of SAP CX tools.
- Performance Monitoring: Track system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements as needed.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on SAP CX best practices and new features to maintain a competitive edge.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Masters degree preferred
Experience:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience with SAP CX solutions, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer experience strategies and processes.
- Proven track record in implementing and managing SAP Customer Experience modules.
- Previous experience working in a consulting firm, with a proven track record in client management and solution delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
Percentage of required travel: up to 100%
Physical requirements:
- This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.
