Porsche Cars Canada is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Program & New Vehicle Allocation Manager. What You'll Do:

Sales Program Management:
•Innovative Strategy Development: Craft and implement sales program strategies from concept to launch, working closely with Porsche Financial Services Canada (PFSC).
•Market Insight & Analysis: Dive deep into market conditions and competitive landscapes, providing insightful reports on trends and sales program needs by model line.
•Budget Leadership: Plan, forecast, and manage the annual budget, ensuring approvals from the CEO and CFO.
•Collaborative Forecasting: Align long-range planning and monthly forecasts with Finance and our Head Office in Germany (PAG).
•Platform Optimization: Oversee the online sales program platform, ensuring timely and accurate payouts to Porsche Centres while enhancing the user experience for dealers.
•Marketing Synergy: Partner with the Marketing team to ensure the vehicle configurator and retail advertising are accurate and functional.

New Vehicle Allocation:
•Strategic Planning: Plan, review, maintain, and execute all new vehicle allocation programs throughout the year.
•Supply & Demand Management: Ensure supply and demand objectives are met by evaluating and reviewing sales data, order bank, and inventory.

QualificationsQualifications

What You'll Bring:

Education:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience:
•At least 5 years in a comparable role within the automotive industry; experience with luxury brands is a bonus.

Skills:
•Critical thinking and superior communication skills.
•A passion for teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
•Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
