- Support in the Analysis of the Sales Market Performance
- Creation and distribution of internal sales reports incl. ad-hoc reporting
- Advanced analytics incl. AI based sales forecasting
- Monitoring and verification of sales processes and key performance indicators
- Support in project management and contribution to the performance evaluation of incentive programs
- Preparation of presentations and ad-hoc requests as well as development and steering of individual reporting projects
- Organization of Sales Trainings and Conferences
- Tracking and Follow-up on Performance Meetings
QualificationsQualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business administration, business engineering, economics and/or similar
- High interest in Automotive Sales, Business Performance Analysis and Databases is essential
- Excellent organizational skills & detail-oriented/accurate working attitude
- Professional experience in automotive with a focus on retail-/wholesale level is advantageous (Porsche background is ideal)
- Excellent verbal/written English skills, German language skills are an advantage
- Understanding of Sales KPIs and their usage in Performance Evaluation is beneficial
- Very good IT knowledge of MS Office (understanding Business Intelligence tools e.g. Deltamaster, PowerBI, Tableau is beneficial)
- Strong analytical and communication skills & intercultural awareness
- Self-motivator who can work independently of supervision
- Ability to work simultaneously on various projects in a highly dynamic and intercultural environment
