As Sales Manager Southeast Asia you will play a significant role in driving our business forward in this important market area. You will be responsible for sales activities of our engine maintenance services within the sales area. You identify, secure and expand the customer base for new and existing business and you will be acting out of our office in Singapore.

- Build and maintain strong and trusting relationships with business partners in the region
- Workload responsibility within the responsible market area for all MTU Maintenance facilities
- Meet new and existing customers in the pursuit of new business
- Develop and initiate sales strategies
- Develop and provide solutions on how to facilitate cross selling opportunities
- Proposal project leader
- Processing, internal coordination and active customer contract negotiations
- Receivables management
- Ensure and further develop customer satisfaction
- Provide market intelligence to our central marketing department
- Proactive support of customer requirements and close coordination with the MTU locations
- Degree in mechanical engineering, economics engineering or business studies
- Experience in the sales of industrial services (in particular gas turbine maintenance services) in the region with profound product and market know-how
- Expert knowledge regarding trading and/or maintenance activities of gas turbines in an international business
- IT literate
- Solid English language skills, additional languages are a bonus
- Strong negotiation skills, target oriented, consistent approach, strong customer orientation, strategic competence, project management experience
- Willing to relocate to Singapore
- Prepared to travel
