Your responsibilities:
Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the order entry team, Sales Order Management process, and ensures new machine orders are entered according to global standards.
Manage the SAP CRM & quoting system (i.e. ECOS/ICON) to ensure group adherence to date milestones, process requirements, etc. including system reporting functions.
Participate in the development of key Business Intelligence and Data Analytics systems, including the development of KPI’s and metrics for the Sales and Service departments.
Preparation/Development of key monthly and ad-hoc reporting, including sales forecasts, order entry, variances, budget planning, etc.
Participate in the weekly Sales Meetings to assist in developing sales strategies and identifying gaps in the Sales Process.
Assist the Marketing department with various events, including participation in trade shows and corporate events.
Serve as the Continuous Improvement lead and the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all related SAP functions within Sales & Service. Facilitate and assist various groups and individuals to analyze, define and improve current processes in various departments in Sales & Service.
Build relationships with KHS GmbH offices with regular visits to headquarters in Germany and reoccurring phone calls to align with global standards and resolve complex issues.
Participate in the development and implementation of a Contract Management system for all new machine sales orders and service offerings. Collaborate with various departments including legal, finance, project management, sales and service to align the process across the group.
Provide support to the group to ensure SAP Master Data is accurate.
Your profile:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business or IT) or 10-15 years of experience working in an environment involving SAP processes along with continuous improvement within a multi-disciplined international organization.
Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite with advanced level experience with MS Excel. Expert level use of SAP is required and knowledge of any Data Analytics platforms (i.e. Power BI) is very beneficial.
