Position overview
The Sales and Reporting Intern is responsible for the generation, analysis, and delivery of various metrics and KPIs pertaining to PCNA Sales Operations, providing insight and recommendations. The intern will assist in administering incentive programs, reviewing claims, and communicating with the Porsche Center Network. The intern will also work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Field personnel to support daily operations and regular or ad hoc projects.

Roles & responsibilities
- Assist in extracting data from multiple and often disparate sources, connecting the dots, and forming insights to present to PCNA internal stakeholders.
- Support regular and ad hoc projects within Sales Operations; documenting new procedures, requirements, and initiatives within the sales organization.
- Create and distribute the Money in the Market Reports and Service Mobility Reports to PCNA stakeholders.
- Monitor the department inbox, process incentive claims, and respond to field inquiries related to various sales programs.
- Support, administer, and provide record keeping for the Dealer Employee Lease Program.
- Proofread and provide feedback on sales program bulletins, departmental reports, and communications.
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- BS in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or Engineering
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Strong organizational/project management and interpersonal skills required
- Strong understanding of automotive financial services helpful
- Familiarity with Porsche vehicles and their competition helpful
Preferred skills include:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong emphasis on Excel (functions, think-cell, Power Query, and VBA skills helpful but not required)
- Attention to detail
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with Performance Measurement Systems and reporting tools
- Independent, creative, resourceful, and can work effectively with minimal guidance
Physical requirements
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
