SAFe Release & Application Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive SAFe Release & Application Manager to oversee release management processes and application management activities within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. This role is split between Release Management (50%) and Application Management (50%)

Regular Release Management

• Administration: Open Releases in Jira, Service Now.
• Coordination within and outside of the Agile Release Train.
• Lead role in release content management. Keep an eye on the content and make sure everything is included.
• Coordinate the communication activities to all stakeholders.
• Improve the current release activities and processes in terms of automation and process definition.

Application Manager

• Automation for incident analysis.
• Performance monitoring, creating dashboards.
• Create and lead the project strategy of IT continuity
• Collaboration with management.
• Issue analysis and coordination of the incidents.
• Help automate the SPOC activities.
• Further mature the DevOps activities, lead and execute them.
• Maintaining detailed documentation of processes and data load.
