Development of Retail Network
- Continuously develop a long-term network strategy to ensure optimal market exploitation through regular network studies (including white/grey spot and competitor analyses).
- Execute annual dealer business plans, including the design and implementation of dealer performance bonus schemes in close alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report dealer operations in accordance with established business plans and organize regular alignment and follow-up meetings with the field force.
- Identify new business fields and opportunities to evolve the retail business model.
Management of Dealer Agreements
- Localize dealer agreements and side letters by adapting them to local market requirements.
- Secure internal alignment with the business and legal departments.
- Oversee the nationwide rollout of dealer agreements, including administration and addressing inquiries from both dealers and internal stakeholders.
Analyse and Steer Retail Performance
- Lead the rollout and maintenance of the retail KPI system (IRIS) and drive continuous improvements in the retail reporting system.
- Conduct regular Dealer Performance Reviews for the Management Team and derive actionable measures to enhance dealer performance and resilience.
- Introduce and manage the Dealer of the Year competition, including organizing the final ceremony and managing monthly reporting.
Selection and Management of Dealer Business Partners
- Steer the investor selection process in accordance with the Investor Selection directive and the Sales Network Strategy.
- Ensure that assignments of retail formats and market areas comply with legal frameworks and Porsche standards.
- Conduct regular assessments of integrity, risk, and creditworthiness for potential and existing business partners.
Handling of Access to Retail Data
- Maintain access rights in compliance with anti-trust laws within PTW.
- Ensure that all occasion-access requests are properly recorded in KADO and conduct regular audits of these access rights.
- Provide consultation to business departments regarding the handling of retail data and reporting structures and conduct internal training sessions on data management.
QualificationsQualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or similar
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Soft skill qualification: Leadership skills, interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, change management experience, HQ strategy adaptation to market (subsidiary), open mindset
- High levels of integrity and compliance
- Experience qualification: Project management, consulting, retail, automotive (Porsche or other premium OEMs)
- Team player, reliability and ownership
- At least 10 years working experience in Project management, Business consulting & planning, Retail Business
- At least 5 year working experience as a Project Leader and Project Specialist
