Regional Key Account Manager - Dyconex

Your Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned annual sales goals by product line by identifying, qualifying and acquiring opportunities with existing and new customers
  • Serve as the local contact point for assigned customers and as customer advocate within the MST organization
  • Develop a profound understanding of customer organization’s structures, strategic sourcing, market strategies, SOP’s and associated roles & responsibilities
  • Initiate, establish, develop and maintain resilient relationships at and between all levels of customer and MST organizations
  • Propose MST group product solutions, or arrange appropriate MST technical resource, based upon guidance by field/site Product Management / Application Engineering and Sales Management
  • Participate in formal quotation process according to site specific procedures
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies as directed by MST management
  • Develop and demonstrate a solid knowledge of all of Micro Systems Technologies products and services, across all sites.
  • Support the MST group’s long term growth by contributing potential new markets and applications to the strategic marketing process
  • Support resolution of customer complaints in cooperation with production, engineering, sales management and administrative staff
  • Prepare bottom-up monthly updates to territorial sales forecasts by product line, with 12 month visibility
  • Maintain the CRM database(s) real time with respect to
    • Customer records
    • Contacts
    • Activities and their protocols / minutes
    • Opportunities
  • Support customer projects (engineering, production, quality) as assigned by MST and site management
  • Participate in assigned trade shows and industry conferences

Your Profile

  • Bachelor of Science degree, engineering, or applied sciences highly preferred.
  • 3 or more years of direct, hands-on technical sales experience in the field of medical or comparable high reliability printed circuit boards, electronic assembly/IC-packaging services and/or components
  • Intimate working knowledge concerning printed circuit boards, electronic assembly and (IC-) packaging techniques as well as high-reliability interconnect technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent social skills and proven intercultural experience US/EU
  • German language skills (desired, not required)
  • In-depth knowledge of target market customers within the United States.

  • Must be able to travel internationally and domestically, less than 40% of the time.
