Quantitative Risk Analyst – KYC Risk Tooling (f/m/x)
Position Overview
The Corporate Bank KYC Team is responsible for coordinating KYC change and transformation across the CB businesses and regions.
This role is to act as a project manager, coordinating the end-to-end delivery of ENPR/AAR technical solutions as well as developing the client risk rating engine to accurately assign the correct level of risk to Corporate Bank clients; risk and business impact assessments, coordinating User Acceptance Testing, Training and KOP development/maintenance, and Go-live Communications.
Your key responsibilities
Act as a project manager, coordinating the end-to-end delivery of KYC technical solutions as well as developing the Client Risk Rating Engine to dynamically assign the correct level of risk to Corporate Bank clients; risk and business impact assessments, coordinating User Acceptance Testing, Training and KOP development/maintenance, and Go-live Communications.
Facing off to senior stakeholders in regulatory & change forums on behalf of CB KYC
Development/maintenance of KOPs and Go-live Communications
Coordinate with Business stakeholders to collect Business Requirements for key pain points and potential enhancement requests, create BRD’s and support and drive the project management aspect alongside other teams
Your skills and experience
PMO with experience in coordinating change & transformation, preferably from a regulatory/KYC background.
Fluent in German and English Language
Ability to drive change independently and influence senior stakeholders with a focus on best servicing the business and regulatory commitments
Experience in Banks or Financial Institutions with specific knowledge / experience with regulatory and / or KYC related topics.
Very good research and analytical skills combined with a very good sense of risk awareness, attention to detail, accuracy, diligence, and the ability to deliver high quality results within tight deadlines. - Moderate to advanced user of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with project management frameworks such as Waterfall and Agile, an advantage
