Trade Finance and Lending is one of leading business departments in Corporate Bank working with clients around the globe. It has great dependency on IT platform to service the Bank’s clients. The group is working on technology refresh of their IT platform to enable new services for customers as well as to achieve next level of business processes automation.

In-house IT team already achieved great success designing, building and rolling out into production its strategic platform for Trade Finance and Lending business. Based on that success there is a further desire to build towards our strategic architecture.

As a QA Engineer (f/m/x), you will enhance the strategic processing platform and its integrations within the IT landscape, both internal and external. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to ensure the technology solution meets quality standards. Together with the team, you will design and deliver high-quality solutions to end users. Quick learning, partnership, and an Agile attitude are essential components of the ongoing transformation of the leading Trade Finance Bank in Europe and globally.

Your key responsibilities

• Take charge of the end-to-end project quality, ensuring smooth integration with both upstream and downstream systems

• Develop and execute automated testing for Trade Finance & Lending, ensuring rapid time-to-market and thorough test coverage for each release

• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and fellow technologists to achieve robust system designs

• Collaborate with the other QA team members to advance test automation strategies

• Partner with SL2 and SL3 teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Your skills and experiences

• Hands-on experience of test design and quality assurance for complex projects

• Understanding of Java, OOP and design patterns

• Experience in test automation for Java, JS

• Knowledge of SQL (Oracle or standard)  

• Strong written and spoken English
