Locations: Frankfurt (Main), Berlin, Cologne, Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Hanover, Munich and Stuttgart.

As Pursuit Coach Lead (m/f/x), you are the leader of an interdisciplinary sales team and act at the interface to the responsible Partner. You support strategically important and complex tender processes from analysis and preparation to orals presentation to maximize Deloitte’s win chances.

• Strategy: You facilitate win strategy sessions to create a differentiated sales approach for the opportunity. You ensure the resulting strategies are actioned and applied throughout the pursuit
• Client-focus: Bring the client perspective to the opportunity by challenging content and messaging to ensure our solution and proposition deliver on client expectations with high quality
• Facilitation: Assess and understand the global resources required to deliver the highest quality solution and facilitate these connections across the global Deloitte network
• Innovation: Bring innovative approaches for presentations, pursuit materials, and other pursuit activities to support strategy, messaging, and differentiation.
• Communication: Help prepare client interactions and provide presentation coaching, driving differentiated messaging and elevating presentation performance of teams and individuals.

• 10+ years of complex deal experience with creative and differentiated approach to sales/pursuit materials and presentations. Consulting client experience highly preferred
• Experience leading and coaching presentations, including leading a structured preparation/rehearsal process and providing effective presentation coaching
• Confident communicator who can lead and inspire a team of diverse individuals, thrives in a highly productive environment and adapts to time sensitive and challenging tasks with accuracy
• Experience working, collaborating, and building consensus with executive-level stakeholders, as well as the proven ability to address and resolve conflict effectively and efficiently
• Good German (B2) and very good English, both written and spoken
