Project Stream Manager Business Readiness

As the Project Stream Manager Business Readiness, you will be entrusted with a spectrum of responsibilities, including:

• Independently manage and supervise development within the project streams in a time and cost efficient manner, support change ensure successful transfer and stabilization into routine operation
• Develop and implement measures to optimize business and/or production processes
• Efficiently communicate with corresponding LHT interfaces or other involved business units
• Manage change initiated by transformation projects, provide instructions and trainings
• Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure the responsible project stream is delivered on time
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and operations, to align project goals
