- Management of customer projects in the field of automated driving for rail transport (ATO, sensor technology, CBTC)
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and in accordance with the contract
- Developing and implementing innovative solutions to fulfil technical and non-technical customer requirements
- Leading an interdisciplinary team of engineers and technical experts
- Communicating with customers, suppliers and partners
How you will contribute
- Degree in engineering, electrical engineering, computer science or industrial engineering
- Several years of experience in managing customer projects in the field of signalling technology or other relevant project experience in the rail industry
- Sound knowledge of current developments in the field of automation technology in rail transport
- Strong leadership skills and experience in team leadership
- Good communication skills in German and English, other languages an advantage
- Willingness to travel (<20%)
