Project Manager - Customer Service & Solutions Central Function (m/f/d)
These are your tasks:
  • Define, initiate and lead projects in scope of the CSS business strategy. Focus areas are the optimization of the global aftermarket business model and/or the corresponding global footprint.
  • Take ownership of the CSS Multi-Project Management Approach (Continuous Improvement Program & Strategic Development Roadmap) and ensure program milestones achievement.
  • Ensure on-time global CSS management reporting and project controlling. Continuously improve associated processes and tools.
  • Actively support organizational changes, including change management methods and implementation. Take responsibility for Organizational Development within CSS in close collaboration with the Leadership Team.
  • Optimize the flow of information and collaboration through initiatives such as Quarterly Review Meetings, Global Team exchanges, and worldwide collaboration across and within the various functions of the division.
Who we are looking for:
  • You have a university degree (e.g. economics or comparable) as well as subject-specific professional experience in the field of project management, organizational development or change management.
  • You enjoy driving new topics forward with commitment and a clear systematic approach.
  • You combine your analytical and entrepreneurial way of thinking with a high level of consulting competence, good communication skills, presenting in front of big audiences – experiences in workshops and moderation.
  • Experience in dealing with customers, ideally within international aviation, account management or consulting sector.
  • Ability to coordinate with different stakeholders through audience-appropriate communication. You are adept at conflict resolution and exhibiting resilience in challenging situations.
