Fire TV is loved by tens of millions of customers worldwide. We are looking for a Program Manager to support the Fire TV Experience team in Berlin. In this role, you will specifically work to enhance interoperability of Fire TV, manage our lab, and work with product managers to run beta programs for new feature launches. You will have the opportunity to develop the mechanisms to make Fire TV the most customer obsessed entertainment device in the world.
Key job responsibilities
- Research, acquisition and ingestion of third-party device data to enhance interoperability with Fire TV
- Setting up mechanisms that ensure proper device management in the Fire TV Experience Berlin lab
- Be the point of contact for Product Managers from the Fire TV Experience Berlin team when it comes to running Beta programs for unreleased features
- Various organizational tasks, spanning multiple teams

The Fire TV Experience team owns the Fire TV customer experience. From the home page UI to the services that drive it. We work cross-functionally across a variety of teams including engineering, marketing, legal, ads, and our hardware development teams to deliver the best possible experience to millions of customers. - Bachelor's degree
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
