Production Manager

The Production Manager is responsible for the management and supervision of the assigned LTPT repair shops.

• Plan & coordinate daily maintenance, repair, & overhaul activities to meet production deadlines
• Lead & manage cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance & adherence to operational goals

• Ensure all operations comply with aviation industry regulations & company quality standards
• Develop & implement strategies to enhance production processes & reduce operational costs
• Allocate resources, including personnel, materials, & equipment, to maximize productivity
• Conduct safety inspections & enforce compliance with workplace safety protocols
• Oversee technical audits & ensure non-conformities are addressed promptly
• Work closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their needs & deliver outstanding service
• Prepare detailed reports on production performance, including key performance indicators
• Facilitate training programs to upskill employees & ensure knowledge of latest industry standards
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying & implementing innovative solutions
