Your Tasks:
- Process improvements in and MRO Business environment
- Project management skills and driving of topics which are directly connected to profitability and company goals
- Working with the MTU Global network and different MTU locations
- Processing of Quality concerns, updating of IPV’s, WI’s and working lists
- Securing of proper processes to continuously improve out Engine TAT
- Preparing of Business cases and purchasing of tools.
- Working with contractors to develop Shop equipment
- Ability to read an interpret technical drawings
- Developing of KPI’s to get transparency for the value stream
Our Requirements:
- Finished study with a technical background Bachelor/Master; preferably in mechanical or industrial engineering
- Experience with Project Management
- Experience with Organizational Theory
- Must be a analytical thinker, initiator, and a problem solver
- Excellent interpersonal skills, can do attitude and adaptable
- MS Office skills (advanced user)
- Interest and basic knowledge in aviation industry
- Experience with process development and improvement
- Excellent Business English (oral & written)
