Product Manager Cyber Security (all gender)
These are your tasks:
You continuously monitor network activities for potential threats, analyze security incidents and implement mitigating measures.
You conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests, identify security risks and develop strategies to effectively mitigate them.
You configure firewalls, antivirus systems and security protocols with a focus on prevention and ensure compliance with cyber security frameworks such as NIST, ISO27001 or GDPR regulations.
You will lead employee training on cyber security best practices and work with cross-functional teams to improve the overall security posture.
You maintain detailed records of security policies, incidents and remediation actions and regularly report the security status to the divisional board.
Who we are looking for:
You have a bachelor’s degree in cyber security, computer science or a related field and proven experience in cyber security, e.g. as a security analyst or penetration tester.
You have industry certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CompTIA Security+ or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager).
You have strong communication skills to train staff and work effectively with other teams.
You are able to develop solutions under pressure in crisis or emergency situations and you can adapt to evolving technologies and new cyber threats.
You have excellent spoken and written English skills, German, French or Polish is a plus.
