- Establishing and enforcing appropriate procurement methods
- Optimizing performance by providing operational procurement support to the organization
- Supporting special projects / controls and business departments in providing best in class services•Preparing and conducting monthly, quarterly and annual Porsche group reportings in the area of Tax
- Ensuring compliance in practice of tax reporting with external as well as internal regulations
- Managing supplier selection process: Review scopes, send quotation and information requests, examine and negotiate quotations, conduct business partner checks and risk assessments, coordinate final supplier selection.
QualificationsQualifications
- Master's degree in the field of Business Administration / Logistics / Management / Controlling/Tax
- At least 3 years of experience on simillar job position
- Fluency in both English and Polish languages
- Good knowledge of Automotive Value Streams and Distribution Models
- Various practical procurement, sales or controlling experience
- Deep understanding of Reporting System fundamentals
- Proficient knowledge od MS Excel
- Optional: experience with SAP MM and SAP FI/CO
