Roles & responsibilities
- Development of ad-hoc reporting to support field team members with pre-owned business strategy
- Monitor and correspond with Porsche Dealer network inquiries related to the Porsche Approved Warranty eligibility requirements
- Responsible for weekly CPO drumbeat reporting, ensuring accurate sales forecasting
- Quarterly industry/market certified pre-owned analysis to aid in assessing overall industry trends
- Perform remote CPO audits to assess dealer compliance with program prerequisites
- Complete revisions to the PCNA Pre-Owned Business Internal Operations and Admin Process documents
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- BS/BA in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing
- Strong strategic and analytical skills needed. Strong financial acumen helpful
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Effective organizational/project management and interpersonal skills helpful
- Experience with data visualization

We are currently seeking an individual who can commence immediately for a 6-month period, committing to 40 hours per week. The role will involve a 50/50 hybrid arrangement, alternating between remote work and on-site presence at our Atlanta office.
Physical requirements
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
