Als Praktikant im Bereich Human Resources wirst Du Teil unseres People Experience Teams, das die operative Personalbetreuung von insgesamt fünf Ländern im Raum EMEA verantwortet. Du hast die Möglichkeit einen tiefen Einblick sowohl in die Arbeit der Personalabteilung als auch in die Strukturen und Prozesse eines international führenden E-Commerce-Unternehmens zu erhalten und Dein Wissen und Können in der Praxis umzusetzen. Dabei kannst Du teilweise von zu Hause arbeiten.

• Als Teil des People Experience-Teams unterstützt Du das operative Tagesgeschäft der Personalabteilung
• Du lernst die unterschiedlichen Bereiche der Mitarbeiterbetreuung, von der Vertragserstellung über die Betreuung während der Anstellung bis hin zum Austritt kennen
• Du bearbeitest nach kurzer Zeit Mitarbeiteranfragen und -anliegen im persönlichen Kontakt, per Ticketsystem und Chat eigenständig
• Du erstellst relevante Dokumente und pflegst Mitarbeiterdaten in HR-Systemen und der elektronischen Personalakte
• Unterstützung bei regionalen und internationalen Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Servicequalität und Effizienz im HR-Bereich regional und international.

• Bachelor- oder Masterstudent, vorzugsweise aus dem Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften
• Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Personalarbeit, starke Kundenorientierung sowie Leidenschaft für die Erbringung von Servicedienstleistung, gepaart mit detailorientierter und strukturierter Arbeitsweise
• Sicherer Umgang mit Standardsoftware (v. a. MS Word, Outlook und Excel) sowie Lernbereitschaft für neue Tools
• Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Erste Erfahrungen im HR Bereich und arbeitsrechtliche Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
