The People Department Executive acts as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers. The main tasks are recruiting and staffing, general employee management and oversee People Department processes and structures. Furthermore, the role has a very strong focus on HR projects.

Your main tasks include, among others:

Recruitment and Selection Processes

  • Create job roles and job descriptions for respective departments
  • Job posting
  • Screen and select CVs
  • Conduct Interviews with candidates and respective Manager
  • Participation in interviews
  • SPL screening
  • Request gate passes
  • Prepare Offer Letters and Employment Contracts
  • Apply for PK number
  • Apply for ADS accounts

Employee Management

  • Employee records keeping and management
  • People Department system management
  • Attendance sheet administration & tracking
  • Issuing relevant references and certificates
  • Record training certificates of all employees
  • Expat apartment administration

People Department Processes

  • People Department processes setup and implementation incl. relevant forms, templates

Projects

  • HR related projects

  • Participation in various projects and tasks beyond own job responsibilities
  • Fluent in English extra language added advantage
  • IT proficiency esp. Microsoft Office tools, SAP, ERP
  • Two years of relevant work experience within HR/People Department

*Must possess a legal work permit in United Arab Emirates
