- Generate report files that serve as the final output of the detection process using the extracted files provided by the software developers
- Refine the results by addressing false positives, identifying the correct licenses, and manually scanning components with ScanCode based on the reports
- Re-engineer the current process, optimize workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency, and prepare the refined components for upload into our internal tool for legal review
Must have:
- Strong ability to work independently on solutions
- Advanced analytical skills (necessary for process re-engineering)
- Responsible work ethic
- Knowledge of YAML / JSON
- Basic Docker knowledge.Familiarity with Kotlin & Gradle (programming languages used by ORT)
- Experience with source code management systems, especially Git
- Familiarity with Github
- Knowledge of Jenkins
- Basic understanding of free and open-source software licenses
- Basic understanding of pipelines
- Basic understanding of software project lifecycle
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with ORT (OSS Review Toolkit)
- Experience with Jira
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred

- Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
