Operational Webshop Product Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an ecommerce product strategy that aligns with the company’s overall mission and objectives for Voith Paper
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, as well as industry trends and best practices for E-business opportunities and potentials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, design, and development, to ensure the successful launch and ongoing maintenance of ecommerce products.
- Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation and concept development to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and resource availability.
- Monitor, analyze and drive ecommerce product performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, and use this data to make informed decisions about product strategy and development.
- Stay up to date on ecommerce industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and use this knowledge to inform product strategy and development.
- Communicate product updates and changes to internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers and partners.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure that customer inquiries and issues related to ecommerce products are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
- Necessary business reporting when in need
Requirements:
- University Degree or above in the field of business administration or information technology or engineering
- Fluent in English is a must.
- 1-3 years of ecommerce product management experience
- Demonstrated experience driving revenue growth.
- Expertise in data analysis and interpretation
- Proven ability to develop and execute product roadmap.
- Deep understanding of customer behavior and needs.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
