Omnichannel
• Developing, implementing and reviewing holistic omnichannel strategy and target picture in cooperation with other departments and stakeholders.
• Analyzing status quo of digital touchpoints and coordinating roll-out of new touchpoints.

• Ownership of the Digital Platforms (Porsche Finder, Internet Car Configurator and Online Shop) for the entire PCEE region.
• Ensuring optimal functionality of Digital Platforms in the PCEE importer markets. Roll-out of the platforms & features: localization, performance analysis, trouble shooting, qualification.
• Working jointly with market stakeholders and platform developers on improving the performance of digital platforms.
• Quality control of the platform content.
• Capturing and tracking KPIs and reporting them towards internal and external stakeholders.
• Roll-out and maintenance of digital touchpoints in stationary retail.
• Ensuring optimal functionality of Digital Retail in the PCEE importer markets.
Analytics and related topics
• Performance analysis of ICC, Finder and other digital touchpoints.
• Administrating Lookers Dashboards.
• Assisting markets with remarketing campaigns.
General
• Budget planning/administration.
• Preparation of presentations for management meetings, conferences, market call and similar.
• Coordination of all tasks between market & PAG.
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Management, Business, Informatics or related field.
2-5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the automotive or luxury sector.
Proven expertise in project and stakeholder management.
Deep understanding of current digital retail trends, high online affinity, strong understanding of omnichannel customer journey.
Experience and understanding of SAFe or other agile methodology is of advantage.
Solid understanding of basic Digital Marketing KPIs.
Capability to swiftly understand online applications, problem-solving attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office. Experience in MS Power BI is an advantage.
Basic Data Analytics, experience with Google Looker Studio is an advantage.
Strong analytical and communication skills & intercultural awareness.
Ability to work simultaneously on various projects in a highly dynamic and intercultural environment.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus (German, Russian, Turkish….)
Understanding of European markets and international cultural nuances.
