Media/graphic designer (all genders)

We are seeking YOU – a MEDIA / GRAPHIC DESIGNER – to create innovative visual content for Lufthansa's social media channels. Collaborating with social media managers, content team, and our partners, you’ll design platform-specific visuals that enhance brand identity and drive community engagement.

What you’ll do:

• Develop creative visual concepts and designs for social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Design images, graphics, animations, and videos that align with brand guidelines and reflect Lufthansa Group’s identity.
• Create visual storyboards and moodboards to illustrate ideas and concepts.
• Conceptualize and implement multimedia content.
• Adapt and optimize designs for different formats and devices to ensure an optimal user experience.
• Implement A/B testing to determine the most successful visual strategies and formats.
• Develop and introduce new design and content formats to improve and modernize the brand's visual presence.
• Promote creative development and establish innovative processes within the design team.
