YOUR ROLE 
  • You are responsible for the strategy development & steering of operations for the category on a global level
  • You take care for management of markets within Laundry Additives and for the development of projects (launches and relaunches) based on consumer insights
  • You are responsible for the growth of the brand equities in a healthy and sustainable way
  • You lead international (and multi-functional) project teams • Lead global innovation team within the category
  • You take care for the achievement and exploitation of synergies (cross regional / cross category) within the category, amongst others via harmonization of “hardware” and concepts, hence limiting complexity. Also, he/she is accountable for the achievement of global & project goals in terms of sales and profits as well as market share
YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, supply chain, or R&D, preferably within the FMCG or household care industry
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects, with a track record of working collaboratively across departments such as Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, product lifecycle management, and/or supply chain processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate technical and operational insights into strategic initiatives
  • Passion for innovation, sustainability, and the ability to drive change across functions
  • Fluent English language skills
