Position Objective:
Supporting the marketing department at Porsche Latin America (PLA) with various monthly/weekly/ad hoc tasks. Foster communication between markets in Latin America (LA) to strengthen the Porsche brand’s and PLA regional office’s representation. Intermediary between Porsche AG (PAG) and LA markets, in order to support an efficient communication flow and task completion.

Primary Responsibilities:
An ideal Marketing Intern will:
- Support the entire marketing department
- Communicate directly with LA importers, PAG colleagues and external partners via Teams, email or telephone.
- Compare prices and equipment of premium competitors in price-monitoring markets, crosscheck data and compare utilizing online research and data from mystery shopping tool. Analyze discrepancies; prepare data error ticket when necessary.
- Collect and verify price and volume data from markets, update price monitoring reports for PAG
- Support data collection and quality control of competitive volume/segment share reporting, including volume data feed in price mystery shopping tool
- Assist LA markets with direct marketing materials like sales literature, mailings and sales rounds. Review and support LA markets with the Porsche Retail Online Shop (PROS) system, track orders and coordinate shipments by the provider.
- Support CRM Manager in (a) PSS/SSS reporting analysis, (b) creating new reports regarding trend sales and services, (c) assessing monthly results for regional managers, (d) analyzing sales employees’ performance.
- Arrange for shipping needs of the Marketing department; coordinate with PLA Administration.
- Assist to organization of regional event, such as PSM conference.
- Support the whole Marketing team in preparation of charts and presentations. Collect marketing KPIs and visualize them in presentations for monthly PLA team and operational meetings.
- Administer content, structure and access in spaces and folders of Marketing department in shared network drives, as well as in corporate intranet network (PPN).
Education:
- Recent graduate or Juniors/Seniors currently attaining Bachelor’s Degree in Business with focus on Business management, Statistics, International Trade or Marketing.
- Languages:
- English – native an advantage, or at least C1
- Spanish – native an advantage, or at least B2
- German – native an advantage, or least B2 preferred
Experience (Job and Industry):
- Previous internships in corporate environments preferred
- Experience, knowledge and interest in automotive industry ideal
Skills:
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office applications
- Advanced skills in MS Excel or MS Access preferred
- Comprehension of data relationships and database functions
- Capability to face advanced problems and trouble-shoot complex issues
- Self-discipline and ability to take responsibility
- Proactivity and ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask and focus on assignments in demanding and dynamic environment
- Desire for continuous development and learning opportunities
