YOUR ROLE
- Drive development and implementation of Industrials Sustainability strategy in selected markets jointly with the commercial teams and other functions to drive new business opportunities
- Lead strategic cross-functional projects on sustainability topics, such as portfolio sustainability assessment and sustainability upskilling
- Consult internal stakeholders on sustainability impact of existing portfolio and potential innovation opportunities
- Drive customer engagement by working with customer-facing teams to identify new collaboration opportunities
- Represent Adhesives Industrials Sustainability team at customer events and conferences
YOUR SKILLS
- Master’s degree in business/strategy, sustainability, engineering or a related subject
- 3+ years of work experience, preferably at the interface of business and sustainability
- Technical affinity and at least basic knowledge of different sustainability topics relevant for industrial B2B markets
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills across different management levels
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
