YOUR ROLE
- Become part of our Global Business Controlling team with exceptional visibility in an international environment and plenty of room for personal & professional development
- Work in a cross-functional set-up with top management around the globe and the CFO for Adhesive Technologies, where you can have a direct impact on the business success of Henkel Adhesive Technologies
- Drive active cost management and provide Structural Cost (SG&A) transparency to your stakeholders around the globe
- Execute and improve reporting, planning, forecasting and analysis of Structural Costs at Adhesive Technologies
- Establish and improve processes, tools and systems to achieve a highly efficient state-of-the-art controlling set-up
- Respond to ad-hoc top management requests
- Understand the potential of digital tools for Controlling processes
YOUR SKILLS
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Economics, ideally with a focus on Finance/Controlling
- Experience in leading and working with cross-functional teams of at least 5 years, incl. a track record of understanding financial and business systems/processes
- Structured way of working with high attention to detail, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactivity in engaging internal and external stakeholders to identify potential issues, define opportunities and develop solutions
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships on all levels and with various functions of the organization
- Possess the ability to work with top management as well as leading global projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German is beneficial
