YOUR ROLE
- Lead and support the development and implementation of the global CoE strategy within the region
- Align with Global CoE team and ensure the successful roll-outs of global processes and programs within the region
- Align with Gobal CoE team for priorities of programs or initiatives
- Update and re-design the programs to meet regional / local needs if necessary
- Control and manage the CoE processes within the region and locally
- Monitor the success of the global strategy implementation within the region, providing feedback to the global CoE
- Maintain close communication with the local teams, managing the local processes and policies
- Support global CoE to understand challenges and needs from regional business perspective, and designs solutions
- Create initiatives, addressing regional requirements and needs
- Evaluate and improve policies, processes, systems, and tools
- Ensure regional compliance and analyse initiatives' KPIs Manages providers in terms of service quality and cost
YOUR SKILLS
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience within PMO
- Very good conceptual skills and the ability to work in an analytically structured manner
- Excellent IT specialist knowledge (MS Office (Excel + Power BI, PowerPoint) and a great interest in IT developments in the market as well as IT topics in the company
- Very high technical and digital affinity and initial project management experience
- Strong procedural thinking and you enjoy the communicative implementation of technical solutions
- Very good written and spoken English and German skills
