In this role, your responsibilities and duties may include:

• Identification of organizational development measures and definition of training requirements in the assigned area, including initiation of any necessary reorganization measures
• Foster Leadership Excellence throughout the organization in line with Leadership Next Level framework and objectives, through development measures, programs and appropriate use of feedback mechanisms such as 360 Feedback and Profile
• Ensure Learning and Development needs are met for our Global Markets Sales team, with focus on Asia Pacific colleagues – through participation in global initiatives or conceptualization/development of regional measures
• Consulting, conception and moderation of large group formats or workshops for culture development and promotion of cooperation
