Manager of Operations Quality and Compliance

The ideal Manager of Operations Quality and Compliance should meet the following requirements:

• Strong understanding of IATA regulations, safety and security standards, and customs compliance
• Proven experience in developing and managing quality management systems (QMS), including conducting audits and implementing corrective actions
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and to positively influence internal
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with U.S. and Canadian regulations (CBP, CTPAT, TSA, USDA, PHMSA, CBSA, TC) including ACE Air Manifest (U.S.) and ACI (CA)
• Familiar with IATA DG regulations / Procurement activities (i.e. tenders and SGHA documentation) / Mail processes / IATA CIMP and CIQ messaging
