YOUR ROLE 
  • Drive Cultural Transformation: Lead initiatives to further embed our values and leadership commitments into daily operations, ensuring that leadership behaviors reflect our strategic goals and cultural aspirations.
  • Develop and Implement Global Leadership Strategies: Craft and execute leadership strategies and initiatives that align with our commitments, vision, and core values, ensuring consistent leadership behavior worldwide.
  • Leadership Role Modeling: Work with senior leadership to enable them to act as role models, embedding our values into daily decision-making and team interactions.
  • Global Leadership Initiatives: Market and promote global leadership programs, campaigns, and initiatives that drive cultural change and leadership excellence in close collaboration with the Global Learning team.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment of leadership behaviors with the company’s goals, fostering a culture of accountability and integrity.
  • External Vendor Relationship Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring alignment with our leadership development goals and values.
YOUR SKILLS
  • University degree in business administration, marketing, organizational psychology, leadership, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in leadership, change management, culture transformation, or marketing within a global organization.
  • Strong understanding: of leadership development frameworks and methodologies.
  • Excellent Communication and collaboration
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to influence and engage global stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated success in managing multiple global initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Innovative and creative thinking, with the ability to drive leadership and culture change across a complex organization.
  • Global Experience: Prior experience in a multinational company preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency: In MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
