ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Global Content Management function supports a slate of global and multi-regional content releases working with Audible’s cross-functional and regional stakeholders and content leads to organize and create a global execution and release plan that aligns all teams involved. The purpose of this function is to coordinate and facilitate the release of multi-lingual projects or localizations by advising all teams, managing complex projects and creating new processes and workflow to make sure that all the conditions are met to deliver these projects smoothly.
ABOUT YOU
You are passionate about content and you want to contribute to the most ambitious releases we deliver to our customers in several languages. You are able to imagine what’s possible and you move fast to improve our workflows. You are an experienced project manager who is able to connect the dots between audio production, operations, programming and marketing. You are able to influence and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and you cannot help undertaking creative solution finding.
This position is open through a 24- months contract.
As a Global Content Program Manager, you will...
- Facilitate and support the release of localizations and multi-regional productions and ensure consistency across all our marketplaces
- Establish reliable, accurate, and timely communications on priorities and deadlines across stakeholder network
- Support local teams by gathering all production details such as localization and production costs, contract requirements, rights management, music and sound design, process and approvals
- Create documentation for internal teams to deliver smoothly titles in different languages
- Coordinate updates at project level across relevant systems and teams
- Ensure the data for our localizations are accurate in our database and systems
- Establish highly engaged partnership with cross-functional stakeholders in global content production, content operations, programming and marketing teams
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and contribute to cross-functional process improvements as we constantly innovate and develop new programs

- Experience working within the publishing, spoken word audio or the entertainment industry with a demonstrated track record of successful stakeholder management
- Experience working across multiple regions or on complex project with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with written and oral communication in English
- Experience managing several projects at the same time and prioritizing multiple demands
- Master or equivalent degree
- Professional experience with IP licensing and rights management
- Business fluency in German, French, Italian or Spanish in addition to English
- Highly collaborative with teams and individuals across the institution, experience in working in matrix environments
- An entrepreneurial mindset
- An avid reader and consumer of online media
- Ability to influence others’ points of view and/or create consensus
- A self-starter and creative problem solver with impeccable operational, organizational and analytical skills
- Focused attention to details
- Pro-active attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment
