Become part of our unit Agricultural Solutions Expert Services. The unit provides high-quality services to units within the Agricultural Solutions operating division of the BASF group. We are a multicultural team and our team members have diverse backgrounds ranging from chemistry to biology to data science to Supply Chain Management and business management.

• You lead and manage a team of 15 to 20 direct reports with diverse technical skills, all dedicated to supporting internal partners.
• Furthermore, in cooperation with the functional lead, you are responsible for aligning new requirements with team capacity, setting targets, and regularly assessing performance through continuous feedback.
• Within our operating division, you play a pivotal role in overseeing the communication, planning, and maintenance of multiple digital products, initiatives, and technical platforms.
• You work closely with the Head of IT Solution and Data delivery colleagues to guide, communicate, and align on common timelines and goals, ensuring the overall consistency of the Agricultural Divisions digital landscape.
• You maintain strong relationships with internal partners in the Agricultural Solutions divisions and other BASF units, ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders to achieve service delivery objectives and timelines.
• Overall, you drive the success of AP Information Technology initiatives and technical platforms, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of BASF's digital operations.

• completed diploma or master's degree in IT and/or in Business Informatics
• initial professional experience as well as initial experience in employee management preferable
• experience in agriculture is an advantage
• know how in the optimization of internal processes and structures as well as in projects for the continuous improvement of business processes
• strong communication skills in English and German

• 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options.
• Work mobile from other EU countries for up to six weeks.
• Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
• Gross annual salary (full-time): 67.000 - 70.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
