Voith Paper is hiring for:

Maintenance Technician
Neenah, WI

Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance
   1. Responsible for the upkeep and running of all production and non-production equipment facility wide, while maintaining safety and quality.
   2. Responsible for Preventive maintenance program insuring completion of general inspections.
   3. Responsible to use maintenance work request and safety programs.
   4. Will work with vendors to accomplish needed requirements.
   5. Responsible for lock out tag out of equipment.
   6. Responsible to inform appropriate personnel of any unsafe or possible damaging conditions that exist.
   7. Need to be able to use various hand tools and support equipment.
   8. Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs.
   9. Responsible for performing any additional requirements that may be needed to comply with a maintenance task in a safe manner.
2. General
   1. Need to keep all individuals informed on status of projects and maintenance that have a direct affect to their associated areas.
   2. Follow and comply with all company procedures and or policies set form by Voith.
   3. As back-up, perform functions covered under the Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR) for shipping and receiving Hazardous materials. Required to take Hazardous material (Hazmat) transportation training in accordance with the United States Department of Transportation (DOT).
   4. Adhere to all Safety and Environmental policies and rules.

Required Skills/Abilities (Example – modify as necessary):

1. Computer skills
2. Blue print reading
3. Electrical diagram reading
4. Structural, Hydraulics, Electrical, Pneumatics and Mechanical background
5. High School graduate or equivalent
6. 2 year degree in a maintenance field or equivalent work experience.
