The Sales Representative's main tasks are:

  • Negotiates transportation agreements and processes bookings
  • Creates quotations based on pricing rules, profitability, and upselling
  • Identifies opportunities for profitable, long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborates with Handling and Sales teams on customer solutions
  • Manages LTC bookings and shares performance with sales team
  • Supports new business acquisition and follow-ups
  • Helps meet revenue and tonnage targets
  • Analyzes market and customer data with Commercial Team
  • Leads sales visits and shares competitor insights
  • Processes charter requests and manages CRM data
  • Promotes eChannel usage and follows up on Spot Quotes
  • Handles claims and complaints, coordinating with relevant teams
  • Participates in local sales events.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK
  • A current, full UK Driving Licence
