- Responsible for all lease engine Sales and Lease Contract Management activities within the assigned market area and customer base
- Identify, secure and expand the 3rd party customers base
- Identify, acquire and manage leased engines for engine lease pool
- Execute and optimize Sales Planned Revenue and P&L targets
- Support development and implementation of customized engine leasing solutions
- Customer Support for Lease Customers initiating and driving key changes to increase customer satisfaction
- Master degree in technical or business area
- Relevant working experience in commercial roles in aviation (leasing/MRO/airline)
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Self-responsibility, high level of commitment, flexibility and ability to cope with pressure
- Sales and networking attitude and outstanding service orientation
- Intercultural approach in thought and deed
- Skills in moderation and presentation
- Eloquent communication skills and excellent English proficiency
