Commercial Banking Tribe

You’ll be joining the Commercial Bank Tribe, who is focusing on the special needs of the small and medium enterprise clients in Germany, a designated area for further growth and investment within Corporate Bank.

We are responsible for the digital transformation of ~800.000 clients in 3 brands, i.e. the establishment of the BizBanking platform including development of digital sales and service processes as well as the automation of processes for this client segment.

Our tribe is on a journey of an extensive digitalisation of business processes and to migrate our applications to the cloud. On that we are working jointly together with our business colleagues in an agile setup and collaborating closely with stakeholders and engineers from other areas thriving to achieve a highly automated and adoptable process and application landscape.

As a Lead IT Product Owner (f/m/x) you will work in one of our squads, transform business ideas in tangible user stories, guide through their implementation, and validate them to provide our clients with digital and automated processes.

Your key responsibilities

  • You will challenge as-is processes, foster out-of-the-box thinking and propose / outline sustainable solution options

  • You will communicate with business and technology stakeholders, identify and assess requirements and critical dependencies

  • You will be in charge for design, test and the releasement of automated processes jointly with the development team and business representatives

  • You will analyze, prioritize and document identified requirements and establish a stable operating model for the developed robotics processes

  • You will work in an agile setup, helping with feedback to improve our way of working.

Your skills and experiences

  • University degree with scientific, technologic, or business focus or equivalent working experience

  • You have solid experience in RPA (Robotics Process Automation) preferably in BluePrism

  • You have good experience in API design and usage, ideally in combination with automated Processes by BluePrism

  • You have are seeking for working in agile environments and have solid experience as Product Owner

  • You are great collaborator and team player with ability to interface with multiple teams and functions and have good communication skills and can communicate fluently in German and English
