In Liquidity domain we are working every day to help our corporate clients run their business more smoothly. The clients that will be using and/or benefiting from results of your work as well-known multinational corporates (many of which you know and use their products). The products we provide to clients are sight deposits, overdrafts, intraday credit-facilities, term deposits and off-balance sheet investments. Those products help clients to make payments to their employees, suppliers, and achieve their cash management goals.

As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will be working in the distributed development team located in US, Spain, and Berlin and will be responsible for CI/CD, setup of test and prod application environments, monitoring, and platform compliance with the Bank’s strategic technology roadmap. Target platform is Java/Kotlin/SpringBoot-based microservices and Typescript/React UI. Focus will be on building highly available, scalable, and secure cloud-based system.

Your key responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.

  • Ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of cloud-based systems.

  • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Monitor system performance and security using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, NewRelic.

  • Implement security best practices, including access policies, secret management, and compliance.

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure reliable software releases.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues proactively.

Your skills and experiences

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering.

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes (OpenShift, GKE) and container orchestration.

  • Experience in deployment of applications in on-prem Linux and with Helm to k8s.

  • Working knowledge of public cloud environment preferably Google Cloud Services.

  • Experience with observability tooling like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, NewRelic

  • Security best practices knowledge for entitlement management, network security, secret management, GCP IAM etc.

  • Familiarity with networking, DNS, VPNs, load balancing, and firewalls.
