Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager is responsible for:

• Support and develop clients, and carry out necessary coordination for the services of Segment Aircraft Component Services
• Responsible for revenue and profit (customer-related) of the customer contract.
• Ensure the provision of services, identify improvement potential and develop measures for optimization together with the business units
• Organize and lead regular performance meetings with Segment ACS and customer’s top management
• Identify upselling potentials in existing customer contracts
• Prepare technical documentation for negotiations with customers and prepare sales campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Negotiate adjustments to contracts in cooperation with business units and sales
• Coordinate all LHT customer service activities for assigned customers
