YOUR ROLE
- Execute local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers
- Execute customer roadmap and manages / closes respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities
- Execute pricing actions
- Build and maintains relationships with customers and distributors
- Provide input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory
- Coordinate with TCS to conduct line trials / (re)solve customer requests and complaints
- Deliver KP OSG and PC % in territory / at defined account Managing all HAT business at Frontier in Europe
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering/Technology
- 5 years of relevant work experience in Automotive Sales Engineering
- Comfortable & successful working primarily alone
- Very charasmatic & patient, good listener, excellent communicator
- Experience interacting with large multinational customers
- Self sufficient, resilient, recovers fast from setbacks
- Willingness to travel regularly within the EU region
- Fluent German and English language skills
