(Junior) Process Architect – Employee Lifecycle Management Competence Center

• Defining and developing group-wide standards and requirements of conception, steering, measuring and optimizing of end-to-end HR Lifecycle processes, incl. IT system infrastructure and operating models, compliance risk assessment, documentation and KPIs

• Defining and implementing roadmaps for development, optimization and harmonization for the area of responsibility (to migrate from AS-Is to the improved To-Be environment)
• Initiating and leading of (HR) cross-functional projects
• Managing IT demand by translating process changes into IT requirements, conducting analysis, and developing business concepts, while supporting IT tool harmonization
• Maintaining regular communication with key stakeholders, including internal teams and clients, to ensure alignment on project objectives and progress. Involvement in budget planning and other commercial aspects
• Securing compliance of process with corporate and public authority requirements (mainly Germany)
